“Personally, I feel the majority of these reviews were more than likely put here by homeless addicts that hotel staff made leave because I haven't had any of these issues in the 2 days I've been here. Room was clean, no bugs at all, no smells. The only issue we had was we booked a room with two double beds and the room we got was one king bed so my husband went to the desk and the nice gentleman at the front said house keeping was working on a double bed room and would notify us when ready. As with any lower priced hotel, there's going to be the low life's hanging around but the front desk staff have not allowed any loitering and have instantly made non guests leave the premises and they make it clear they will call the cops. This morning a very cracked out female asked my teenage son if he would pay her for favors. We never seen her again after the one incident because front desk kicked her off the property. Look, you get what you pay for. In order for the owners to keep prices low, they have no choice but to rent to lower class people who are going to break the rules and smoke and bring their friends loitering but these people do a really good job trying to keep them out of here. If you want the Marriott, pay for the Marriott and don't book a $40/night hotel. Location is awesome too! The biggest mall in Wichita literally across the street, east gate shopping center in walking distance,every restaurant you can think of within a mile. So far, we can't complain and the owners/front desk staff have my respect! They are constantly putting themselves in harms way by kicking people off the property in order to keep their guests safe.”

“Amazingly clean, quiet and includes a microwave and fridge!! Note: The sign out front doesnt light up so at night the place looks deserted as there is an adjoining restaraunt that is no longer open and the motel and parking is on the baxkside of the building!! Dont let this discourage you!! The place is safe, clean and quiet!! Best”
